Who We Are 

Pennys.biz is operated by Penny's Hardware Inc., an independent retailer in the Buffalo suburb of Kenmore NY.

It is a family operated business that has been in the traditional hardware, plumbing, and home repair business since 1963. In addition to our primary affiliation with Orgill Inc., the hardware industry's largest privately owned hardlines distributor, we are an authorized sales, parts, and service dealer for TORO, LAWN-BOY, ARIENS, SNAPPER, MTD, MURRAY/NOMA, BRIGGS & STRATTON, and TECUMSEH to name a few.

This gives us a product offering that contains over 100,000 SKU's. You can choose to have your order shipped to your house, or save by picking it up at our conveniently located store!

We will confirm your address, phone number and the product or service you want. Due to the extensive range of products we offer, it may take us up to 5 business days to find what you are looking for.

Next, we will itemize the details of your request on an invoice, then fax, e-mail, or US-mail you a copy for your review.

Penny's requires a 50% deposit to order your merchandise. Payment can be made with Visa/Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, personal check or money order.

When the merchandise is ready to be picked up or shipped to your door, Penny's will notify you, and you will be required to pay the balance of your order prior to shipping.
